Request account deletion

Follow the steps on this page to delete your SongRace account and associated personal data. This page is published for Google Play and App Store account-deletion requirements.

1. How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address registered on your account.

Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.

Include: (1) your account email, (2) your display name, (3) a clear request to delete the account.

We may ask for extra information to verify identity. We will not delete someone else’s account.

2. What is deleted

Account profile (email, display name, password hash).

Gameplay history, scores, room participation, and friend / invite records.

Email verification and password-reset tokens.

Mobile push notification tokens.

3. What may be retained

Records required for legal, accounting, or dispute obligations may be kept for a limited time.

Anonymized / aggregated statistics.

App Store / Google Play subscriptions: cancel and refunds follow store rules; we cannot delete the store’s billing records.

Security and infrastructure logs may be kept briefly.

4. Timeline

For verified requests we delete or anonymize your account within a reasonable time (usually 30 days or sooner). We will email you when it is complete.
